Church Planters/Network Directors

Carlos & Lydia Piñero have spent their 12 years of marriage pouring their lives into making disciples. Their ministry has included working with inner-city youth, full-time discipleship staff in a local church, management at a non-profit ministry, as well as being foster parents. They are passionate about raising their five kids in authentic community and helping others figure out where God is asking them to use their giftings to reach their own communities.

  • Apostle/Teacher

    Carlos serves the family of microchurches by casting vision, teaching, and coaching. He’s previously served in Pastoral positions at local churches in Denver, Phoenix, and Dallas and worked as Managing Director of Strategic Partnerships at RightNow Media.

    His love language is craft coffee, cocktails, and the Dallas sports scene.

  • Prophet/Shepherd

    Lydia serves the family of microchurches by providing logistics for events and speaking words of life into our leaders. Her previous experience includes managing daycares, working in health care, and medical missions in Southeast Asia and Honduras.

    Her love language is plants and chickens.
